To clear up the situation: first group of blogs started up end of September this year under ‘ideabstracta’ with Spanish e-mail adress ideabstracta@telefonica.net shows 414 viewers, including those of poet Catalina Sojos, whose page is under my responsability (presentation and administration), the texts though being all hers. The texts of the other blogs are all mine (no, I didn’t take anything from a desastruous translation attempt). Second blog group was opened midth october under sonjakasten1 with swiss e-mail adress sonjakasten@gmx.ch, and shows 759 viewers. Both together 1173. Taking away Catalina Sojos’ obvious success, remain for my pages as being all mine 1054 viewers, plus the three recently arrivals on soniakasten, opened November 19th under israeli e-mail adress soniakasten@walla.com = TOTAL: 1057Bgcentroestudios and LaiMing are test publicity pages for a school and an internet café in
Cuenca, Ecuador. The second shows extremely high visits: not surprising! it is desktop and internet opening page in the … same internet café. Would you not conclude that it’ll be extraordinary publicity for Bgcentroestudios if she gave 20 USD a year to Laiming in order to have her page as … desktop? Possibilities that sales increase very quickly I esteem at 200%, and as you can see, Ms Wingsurf, without having had a look yesterday at the different stats I was quite right in appreciation …Now: having seen the obvious success of friend surfer (my idea!) don’t you owe me a job as … idea producer? I still have two or three …Along with the increasing interest for Athina Onassis, the hilarious translation into French of the page (we had it before, but wouldn’t show it as nobody seemed to find the same source of laughter than me in the produced non sense. No, Mr Dashtag, it is not that these translations are worthless, they are an interesting backing for translators who than have to revise the text though. The thing is that while opening a blog with a determined appearance you expect something serious, and seeing that, you ask yourself whether there is not some new coconut republic somewhere speaking a new kauderwelsch …) Finally yesterday ended up with 85 viewers, 9 of those concentrated on Athina Onassis. (I will call her my stats friend …) By the way, someone called Robert asks for general help concerning a private affaire on the same page (http://sonjakasten1.wordpress.com, characters, athina onassis), perhaps it is some one else’s interest.Yes, Ms Wingsurf I will give you all the explanations after a while (I’m very hungry now) concerning my little knowledge of computers and intuitive evaluation and deceptions and similarities. Let’s say in an hour … if you leave my chinese text so beautifully as it is (I do understand that I had exagerated a bit, but I actually thought that you had a Chinese WordPress, so that the characters could be taken naturally. Apparently it was not at all the case and it may have happened that all sorts of chinese configurations invaded your desktop). No, I’m no guru, Ms Wingsurf and I have no spies surrounding you, it is just that when a function is overcharged it takes a little time until you see it function, while it is quite quick in normal use. Yesterday I tried to use the ‘friend’s surfer’ and it was obviously overcharged. Conclusion: great success! You don’t need to become a greek priest (female) of Apollon in order to give correct interpretation to obvious empirical facts
November 21st,bSmall talk with Ms Wingsurf November 21, 2006Posted by sonjakasten1 in Comments. trackback , edit post Now, even if you couldn’t keep my Chinese translation (even Google fails to translate into Chinese, apparently, so it is not your fault and I have kept a copy of my marvelous birthday present I can send you under request) it is perhaps about time to continue giving explanations. Perhaps sometimes what we may call accidents is nothing but the result of deepest sorrows and whimsies that take wings around the world until it configures a kind of situation that looks accidental. In any case it is true that in 2003 I started a marvelous project in France (
Angers) which had exactly the same structure than WordPress but centered in local publicity through some kind of network. In fact, the WordPress program seems nothing but a possibility that can be obtained nowadays easily through Dreamweaver: multiple pages with own codes and stats and alteration possibilities through skins attached to a main page with categories opening through first geographical criteria to different professional areas in need for publicity. The lost in nothingness pages were thus grouped through a local centre (province and capital town) and allowed to have a quick view on the different commercial or professional activities as grouped under let us say: fashion, nourishing, schools, bars and cultural activities etc. The viewer had actually just to specify three times: where he is? what he needs? what he prefers? in order to get full information on what he wanted. If the business or whatever had already a web page, it was attached to the site. This site was called: “Trouvador” under the more general company’s name ‘ideabstracta’ and had an over all benefit as calculated through ‘enquête de marché’ of over 2.000.000 euros in three years time. The project though was destroyed by absurd opposition of France Telecom which saw there concurrence to his ‘yellow pages’ (but what the link?) and some extremist University environments who qualified the whole as ultraliberal tendency (psst, smells American) and suspected deeper decentralizing political currents behind the whole (??!!).In fact, the commercial background, keeping slightest balances with law as given (though not with commercial activity in use) and deeper needs in the possible restructuring of economy in France through the integration of marginalized population into competitive commercial environment, was built on a modular prototype, where the company as such (ideabstracta) composed of almost only three people as managers (finance dep, computer dep, and general management), was put into relationship with ‘free associates’ through the type of ‘microentreprise’ in France, through contract. The department of ‘recruitement, also public relations or rrhh’ was thus an independent company earning through percentage on benefit. His task was to recruit sales people to propose the product and earning themselves on basis of percentage. (Calculated month’s earning was for a normal 8 hour day between 1000 and 1400 euro) Thus was the ‘design department’, independent company that should assure the design of the main skins and further more personal skins for those who wouldn’t do the job themselves. Two main goals were thus obtained: first, the extremely low cost as most of the people were working at home, and no fixed salaries were to be paid (even the managers were paid on percentage in French Sarl company type), and the extremely high French taxes on property were thus avoided, while the ‘normal’ taxes, as being on percentage, too, would not overcharge the general balance. On the other hand, as earning was warranted on percentage only, the typical ‘do as if the first three days and then eat of the given without moving a finger’ worker eliminated himself without having problems with the ’syndicats’. The company though helped the sales people or other associated through a plan of organization of his economies (accountability) and further facilities of development through the possible integration of projects into the general organization of the local site (web site on baby sitting proposals or the kind), that becoming an independent business would just pay a percentage to the company for the warrant of publicity through an already known site. As side effect, people having ‘empirical’ abilities in computers or design or selling, would be integrated into the working market without having to adapt themselves to special appearance, time tables or other restrictions. Consequently it opened the commercial development for highly marginalized populations, decreasing such augmenting tensions between suburbs and middle class populations in
France. In fact, the only difference in design of structure from ‘Trouvador’ to ‘WordPress’ is the ‘tag surfer’, an extremely intelligent inner publicity tool, that … may have been integrated after having been wisely inspired of. Consequently the understanding of the functioning of WordPress was not really too difficult, and the immediate almost intuitive application on the same fields I had been working at, not extremely surprising, either. In fact, thinking about it, and seen that your means are better than mine (you don’t have a France Télécom on your head), the use of the same program for only publicity effects, would be an incredible improvement in easy to hand information if intelligently geographically organized. Everything is already there: the tags, the pages, the http, the pictures possibility, the stats, the tag surfer. If you conceive a general design of a page called let us say ‘Wingsurf US’, having a beautiful map appearing on it (people adore maps), you chose the state of and then the nearer environment, and you choose the destination of your research (shopping, education, hobbies, etc) and have a determined number of options to choose among, you … will make a lot of money, with little to very little investment. Of course, as it is publicity, you make pay for your skins, which may be more sophisticated in order to attract more people with greater power of acquisition. It’s easy money …I was really very sad, to say the truth, at that time. Perhaps it was too innovative, but it gave the patterns of a company that does not have … red numbers and that in actualFrance, should have been appreciated. Doesn’t matter. It’s as beautiful to see it differently somewhere else.

The Chinese insertion of my birthday present into the stats department had horrible effects all over the world, invaded Spanish WordPress by letting appear little chinese characters all among words and serious observations on literature and poetry. A little after, the Chinese characters were substituted by small ‘carrés’, and although I have kept the original in poet Catalina Sojos’ computer, the sent version (following) sent through hotmail (who doesn’t speak Chinese, it’s and evidence) shows only the little carrés. Original can be sent under request, though.FOUND IN A SPANISH BLOG IN TAGSURFER:

Of course, Ms Wingsurf now asks how the devil that happened, and I’m really but really surprised that I have, on top of that, to find the explanation myself. I will try, though. Apparently WordPress does absorb a variable number of functions that are not in the program itself. It is thus possible, as explained, to put colors (that are not in the program: see bar!) simply by copying a colored document of Word. It seems to recognize a certain number of ‘functions’ as ‘friendly’ because they are somehow in the program, too, as stats. It is possible that it does generally include such ‘innovations’ into the general functioning of the program (variable of adaptation). See now what probably happened with the Chinese: it is a Google translation, thus ‘friendly’. It is a translation of a WodPress page, thus, very friendly. Strangely though, these very innovative Chinese have inserted a function into their translation pages, that does allow to ’see’ (visualize) through a ‘pop up’ the original English text. Thus, every time you pass with the arrow on the chinese text, the original does appear on it inside of a bulb. Copying the text into WordPress probably had as effect that the ‘function of superposition’ was copied, too, and … happily inserted into the general program. Thus, texts having been written in ‘the sonjakasten mood’ appear having a reverted use of the function (Spanish into Chinese) in horizontal following. As WordPress can’t take so many chinese characters, these are almost immediately transformed into ‘carrés’, while the function does continue to ravage the system. If you want to repair the whole, just see where the function has landed and simply … annihilate it. Or, for reasons of esthetics, allow a certain number of Chinese characters to appear: love and friendship and understanding and wisdom, for example. (It’s just an idea.)If you want a subvention for the whole, just ask Harris of England: he’ll certainly be enchanted to be the first appearing in Chinese characters in a WordPress blog, or Google::: it’s not an accident that Chinese had translated the page on: observations, adoration, google …(They are responsible for the damage, dear, because they have the Chinese characters, while you don’t. They have simply not put bars in order to avoid these characters to invade other territories. Am I not right?)Now, really really Ms Wingsurf, how much do you owe me now?Ah, our page has been found in national Slovakian Google. Getting internationally known very quickly, dear … but … careful! You should publish a little leaflet with things possible, impossible and aleatorily possible in WordPress. (These computer people do never think of giving the appropriate instructions.)
